Can You Use a Magnetic Screen Door with a Storm Door?

The short answer: usually yes. A magnetic screen door mounts on the frame of your entry door, on the inside of the storm door — so the two don't fight each other as long as there's enough depth between them for the mesh to hang freely. Here's how to check before you buy.
How the combo works
The mesh curtain attaches to the entry-door frame with hook-and-loop tape and hangs flat against it. When the storm door closes, it closes in front of the mesh. You'd typically prop the storm door open in screen-weather and let the magnetic screen handle bugs while the entry door stays open for airflow.
The one check that matters: depth
With the storm door closed, look at the gap between it and the face of the entry-door frame. The mesh and its magnetic seam need room to hang without being pinched or dragged when the storm door swings shut.
