Every Fillis product is backed by our quality guarantee.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including: defective magnets that fail to close, mesh tears from manufacturing defects, velcro failures caused by defects, and missing or damaged components upon delivery.

Warranty Period

Fillis products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery. For shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, pet damage (chewing/scratching), or normal wear and tear after the warranty period.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our support team via our Contact Us page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
