Quick & Easy Installation
Fillis magnetic screen doors are designed for simple, no-drill installation. They work on wood, PVC, metal, and marble frames. For wooden frames or high-traffic areas, use the included push pins for extra reinforcement.
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Before installation, clean the door frame with a dry cloth. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or moisture.
This helps the adhesive tape stick firmly and keeps the screen secure during daily use.
Step 2: Tape Application
Apply the included adhesive hook-and-loop tape along the top and both sides of the door frame.
Press the tape firmly onto the frame to improve adhesion. For best results, make sure the tape is straight and evenly placed before attaching the screen.
Step 3: Screen Attachment
Attach the magnetic screen door to the tape, starting from the top center.
Then attach the left and right sides evenly. Make sure the screen hangs straight and the magnetic center seam is aligned.
After attachment, walk through the screen a few times to check that the magnets open and close smoothly.
Step 4: Keep Open When Needed
When you want to keep the screen open, roll or fold one side of the screen and secure it with the built-in tiebacks.
This is useful when moving furniture, carrying groceries, or keeping the doorway fully open for a short time.
Extra Installation Tips

Troubleshooting
If the Screen Does Not Close Properly
Check whether the screen is installed evenly. The center seam should hang straight from top to bottom. If one side is higher than the other, adjust the screen position and test the magnetic closure again.
If There Are Gaps Around the Frame
The screen may not be centered, or the size may not fully cover the door opening. Recheck your door size and make sure the screen is attached close to the outer frame area.
If the Tape Does Not Stick Well
Clean the frame again and make sure it is dry. Adhesive tape works best on smooth,
