Thank you for shopping with Fillis. This policy outlines our shipping process, timeframes, and fees so you know what to expect when you place an order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders ship within 2–3 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after shipment, so most orders arrive within 7–10 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak shopping seasons.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-size and made-to-order screens are produced individually and ship from our production facility in China. Please allow 7–10 days for production and dispatch. Total delivery typically takes 7–21 days from order. Shipping for custom orders is calculated at checkout based on screen size.

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35
  • U.S. orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track delivery progress. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact support@ifillis.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ifillis.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any photos of damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
