Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.</p><h3>Processing & Delivery Times</h3><p>Most orders are processed within <strong>1-2 business days</strong>. Standard delivery takes <strong>5-7 business days</strong> after shipment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.</p><h3>Order Tracking</h3><p>Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.</p><h3>30-Day Return Policy</h3><p>We stand behind every Fillis product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within <strong>30 days of delivery</strong> for a full refund or exchange.</p><h3>Return Conditions</h3><p>To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will send a replacement at no charge.</p><h3>International Shipping</h3><p>At this time, we ship within the United States only.
